I offer different types of yoga lessons based on a person's needs:
Yoga Therapy - An individualized approach to yoga in which we use postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, and more to facilitate your body's own healing response. I specialize in working with cancer survivors (especially during treatment and post-surgery) but have experience with a wide range of client needs. My Offerings include:
- Private Sessions - most yoga therapy is conducted 1-on-1
- Yoga for Survivors - classes for cancer survivors
- Yoga for Healthy Joints - classes for restoring and maintaining healthy joint function
Yoga Instruction - Classes offered to the general public; for people without major injuries or illness.
