I offer different types of yoga based on a person's needs. Begin by determining if you are a better candidate for yoga therapy or regular yoga instruction.

Yoga Therapy

Are you recovering from a recent surgery, injury, or illness?

Do you have a chronic condition that prevents you from feeling great?

Are you living with a disease that puts stress on you physically and mentally?

Do you have a child with special needs?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions then I invite you to learn more about yoga therapy! Yoga therapy is an individualized approach to yoga in which we use postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, and more to facilitate your body's own healing response.


Yoga Instruction

Are you relatively healthy with no severe injuries?

Are you able to participate in group classes without a lot of individualized modifications?

If you answered yes to these two questions then I invite you to participate in one of the classes I offer to the general public. The class descriptions can help you decide which class is right for you, or feel free to contact me to discuss your interests.
